Our WEEKEND Wedding Package is $3900 total

Bridal Suite and Groom Room both with A/C on the property, included in rental. You can use them as early as 6am on your wedding day. 

Multiple Ceremony site locations (Forest with stationary seats, wood backdrop, large tree backdrop or split rail fence. 

Chairs, ceremony doors, arch and spools all included in the rental. 

Our Capacity is set at 250 people. We are a legal, commercial building, meeting all local and state zoning requirements and building codes

Also Included in the rental lawn games, parking for 125 cars and access to venue property for pictures, 10 whiskey barrels on top of everything else mentioned on this page.

 Farmhouse head tables for the wedding party (2- 10-foot head tables, 1-5ft sweetheart table)

250 Mahogany colored resin padded seat folding chairs, 250 white padded seat folding chairs, 9 live edge stationary wood tables, 83 stationary wood barstools, 4 bar height tables with 16 metal barstools, 20- 8-foot-long plastic banquet tables

Caterer of your choice, no crock pots or plug in roasters allowed. Chafing Dish with pans, racks and fuel work and look best! 
 

Liquor and beer can be served either by a licensed/Tip certified bartender or by pulling a special event permit through the State of Michigan. No restrictions or time limits on booze being served.

3 Metal troughs included for beverage storage

We require 20% down to book. We accept cash, check and Venmo .  Once you schedule a tour we place a soft hold on the specified date without a deposit. You would then get first right to book the venue if someone else is interested in that date. It is possible that the date you want is on hold right now. If someone already has a hold on a date then you would be in the second hold position and we will advise you.

After initial payment, payments of 20% are due 12 months, 9 months, 6 months and 3 months from YOUR WEDDING DAY!
